Job description
-Provide a front line telephone sales service for inbound customers calling for advice and assistance in choosing and ordering their products via The Company Store.
-Promote The Company Store products and promotions to all callers requesting general information.
-Encourage customers to purchase all their products and third party products from The Company Store.
-Translate prospects into customers through the application of telesales techniques, within guidelines laid down by the company.
-Achieve individual and contribute towards team sales target (as outlined in general commission plan).
-Own customers from quote to cash.
-Seek to build rapport with customers so that they will actively seek the agent to process their next Store requirement.
Key Relationships
This position requires key relationships with the Sales Manager, Field Sales, Channel Partners and the Software Customers
Education, Experience and Special Skills
1. 2 years experience in IT/Software sales with a proven track record (a talented Individual with less experience will be considered)
2. Good telephone Skills - opening, questioning, listening, closure
3. Negotiation skills and ability to learn quickly
4. Team player with drive, energy and enthusiasm
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills
6. Fluent in English, French and Italian
