ho un macbook white del 2007 (quello nato con mac os x 10.4) all'inizio aveva 1 gb di ram poi è stata espansa a 2 gb; posso metterci 4 gb?

se hai un macbook 2,1 (system profiler -> identificatore modello) puoi arrivare a 2gb ufficialmente dichiarati da apple o 3gb "ufficiosi"... niente 4gb temo..

si è 2.1 e non supporta il 64 bit, vabbè allora mi tengo i 2 gb di ram

è un core 2 duo però la ram massima installabile è 3gb... mettendone 4 nella peggiore delle ipotesi fa i 3 beep all'avvio e non parte, nella migliore usa sempre 3gb

Parla di MacBook 2007 non ci sono MacBook 2007 core duo ma sono C2D, quelli erano i modelli 2006 e non tutti, infatti anche il mio è C2D e supporta il 64 bit
