Ciao a tutti. Da un po' di tempo mi compare questo messaggio sul Mac, sia che io stia navigando, sia che stia guardando un film, sia che faccia qualsiasi cosa. 

Chiedo a voi che siete più esperti di me, come faccio a rimuovere questo avviso??

A mio avviso, potrebbe essere un'applicazione farlocca, un malware. Quindi indagherei.

 

Scarica e lancia Etrecheck, ti produrrà un report, tu clicchi su "copia" e lo incolli qui che ci diamo un'occhiata.

effettivamente, c'è un po' di merda nel tuo Mac.

 

Comincia rimuovendo l'adware: ti basta cliccare su [Remove] e confermare l'eliminazione.

Così pure gli "orphan files": clicca su [Clean Up].

 

Poi, elimina ben bene l'orrendo CleanMyMac. Cerca istruzioni nell'applicazione o sul loro sito.

Con lo stesso spirito, pensa di eliminare anche altre app che forse ti sono servite, ma ora magari puoi farne a meno:

LittleSnitch

FanControl

Jaksta

Watts

Caffeine

Battery Monitor

Perian

Launchpad-control

 

Tieni presente che hai l'aggiornatissimo macOS 10.12.5 e che ormai alcune utility "di una volta" sono superate.

 

Rimuovi Adobe Reader, è pesantissimo e del tutto inutile dal momento che c'è l'ottimo Apple Anteprima. Il suo (il tuo) problema più grosso è che si è trascinato l'installazione del centro aggiornamenti di Adobe, che come puoi vedere non brilla per buon funzionamento.

 

Bonificherei pure Safari, che ha molte estensioni. Due nomi a caso?

Darei anche un'occhiata a TeamViewer, se non lo adoperi, rimuovilo.

 

Rilancia Etrecheck, alla quinta riga dovresti ottenere Performance: excellent se è tutto a posto.

Guarda il report: vedi dove sono le voci [Remove/Report], [Remove/Report] e [Clean Up] ?

Ecco, cliccaci sopra e conferma l'eliminazione.

 

Tutte le altre cose, le hai installate tu. Dovresti informarti (eventualmente PRIMA di installare) su come si disinstallano. Di solito il sito del produttore lo spiega.

 

Se non te la senti di intervenire, è grave. Hai installato applicazioni pesanti o che servono solo a scopi specifici, come LittleSnitch, Caffeine, Adobe Reader. Del tutto controproducenti per un utente "easy".

 

Un vero peccato vedere 1Password, la migliore applicazione nel suo campo, sprecata e non aggiornata.
