Non sono un esperto ma da quello che posso capire mi sembra che ci sia qualche problema con il disco. Se non l'hai già fatto, avvia in Recovery Mode e ripara il disco.

Questo non so cosa sia. Premi su "Lookup" e vedi che informazioni trovi. In caso elimina.

 

Poi hai diverse versioni di Flash Player. Se non ti serve eliminale tutte.

E di adblocker te ne basta uno.
