Come rimuovere adware da safari?

Salve a tutti,

so che sono la milionesima a fare questa domanda ma da circa un mese ho un fastidiosissimo adware che non riesco a togliere da safari.

Ho controllato le estensioni e non sono presenti plugin non richiesti, ho pulito cache e cronologia, la pagina principale e il motore di ricerca sono quelli da me impostati, ho installato adware medic e mi dice che non riscontra adware, ho controllato la Library e non mi sembra di vedere cartelle con nomi di adware, ho provato a contattare il supporto apple ma è come fare richiesta al Papa... insomma non so che devo fare per togliere st'adware, la pagine che esce è sempre quella di Mac keeper e non capisco come posso fare per toglierla.

per la milionesima volta, si consiglia un report di Etrecheck. Postato quello sul forum, verrà qualcuno a dare indicazioni di cos'hai e di come si rimuove.

 

 

P.S.: potresti indicare uno specifico indirizzo internet digitando il quale ti compare quella pagina?
