Il computer è vecchietto e il sistema operativo nuovissimo e più esigente in termini di hardware. Con un SSD noteresti un bel cambio.

Potresti anche eliminare Flash Player (se proprio non ti serve) e Android File Transfer (o almeno toglierlo dagli elementi di login: Preferenze di sistema > Utenti e gruppi > Tuo utente > Elementi di login > (-)).

Hai sempre due adblocker, lasciane uno solo.

grazie a tutti voi per i consigli.

Rimango indeciso se mettere ssd,  o visto il problema che ho con GPU, aspettare finche non si blocca del tutto e prenderne  uno nuovo.
