Crash Spotlight [Risolto]

Buongiorno a tutti, è un paio di giorni che non mi funziona più spotlight, nel senso che clicco sulla lente e non si apre niente. Ho spento e riacceso il mac più volte ma il problema persiste.

Ho lanciato etrecheck stamani e il file ha riportato il seguente messaggio di crash.

Io uso abitualmente Qgis, non ho l'ultima versione, ho la 2.18 Las Palmas. Un possibile aggiornamento potrebbe risolvere il problema? Il mio SO è El Capitan, il mac è l'iMac in firma.

C'è nessuno che sa "decifrare" il messaggio di log? Praticamente cosa dovrei fare?

Non mi sembra che ci sia qualche relazione tra i due eventi, diversi e a più di tre ore di distanza.

 

Da mezza riga di Etrecheck non si puo' diagnosticare il motivo del crash di Spotlight. Prova, semplicemente, a mettere in Prefrenze di Sistema > Spotlight > Privacy il volume principale. Poi riavvia, dovrebbe reindicizzare il disco, se non basta c'è un'istruzione da terminale.

 

Qgis non segnala errori. Impegna la CPU, d'accordo, ma è il suo lavoro...

... vedo due crash: uno di Spotlight, e uno di Finder. E vedo che hai installato molte cose "non Apple", che a mio avviso sono poco consone ed evidentemente potrebbero creare problemi:

 

Google Backup and Sync

MacPaw CleanMyMac

iBoysoft ntfs-assistant

MagicPrefs

 

Growl (a che serve più?)

ClickToFlash (funziona ancora?)

 

Ti segnalo, anche nel caso volessi passare a macOS 10.13, che il tuo TextWrangler a 32 bit è stato soppiantato da BBedit, che è a 64 bit e quindi compatibile. Puoi anche usarlo a gratis, almeno nelle funzionalità principali.

MacPaw CleanMyMac = questo mi pare sospetto

iBoysoft ntfs-assistant = questo l'ho preso sull'app store per leggere gli hd NTFS

MagicPrefs = funzionalità del mouse

 

Growl (a che serve più?) = elimino

ClickToFlash (funziona ancora?) = elimino

Aggiorno il post. Grazie ai consigli di @167-761 ho eliminato alcuni residui di programmi emersi dal log di etrecheck. Per trovarli, visto che spotlight non funzionava, ho utilizzato EasyFind. Ho riavviato il mac e per ora si è tutto ripristinato.
