Cleanmymac e' proprio la causa dei tuoi problemi, ma non volete capire che certi programmi come quello e similari NON si usano ...!!

Il Mac non necessita di pulizie invasive con certi programmi, ora vai tu a capire i danni provocati sprerando sia solo quello.

 Il Sapiente sa Poco.. L'ignorante sa Molto.. il Cujun sa Tutto 

Rimuovi quell'orrendo "programma" e anche le altre "utility" non-Apple che, son certo, hai installato. Vedrai che il tuo Mac si riprende! :DD

 

Apple propone di aggiornare a El Capitan, ultimo macOS installabile su talune macchine "anzianotte". Per quelle "obsolete", si salvi chi puo'.

 

Magari dicci che modello di Mac hai, e quale OS X, che aiuterebbe...

Solo tu sai cosa hai installato. In generale, non vanno installate, e se installate devi rimuoverle, tutte le utility non-Apple che non hanno una funzione specifica (es: suono, plug-in fotografico, agenda, cerca files, lettore, rinomina files, ...) ma che invece promettono miracoli: antivirus, pulizia del sistema, ottimizzatori, risparmiaspazio, miglioramento RAM, test batteria, monitor prestazioni, temperatura, ecc.

 

Se vuoi ottenere un report di quel che hai di "strano", puoi usare Etrecheck

Ciao a tutti, ho formattato e ripristinato l'imcc e ora sembra andare meglio, le caselle smart mail ora funzionano, ho fatto anche un report con etrecheck, ve lo allego, vorrei capire se con una situazione simile potrebbe essere utile cambiare l'hard disk con un ssd, grazie.

Il report di Etrecheck ci dice che non hai nulla al di fuori di quel che installa Apple. Quindi sei in una situazione ottimale. Nonostante questo, hai prestazioni scadenti, inaccettabili. Quindi ti caldeggerei la "rottamazione" del tuo HD, non più sicuro. Compra un SSD (da almeno almeno 500GB) e ti troverai il Mac come nuovo!
