fra_sera Inviato 20 Maggio 2020 Segnala Condividi Inviato 20 Maggio 2020 Ciao ho un problema, il mio MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Early 2013) si spegne appena lo faccio lavorare un po' di più. Un mesetto fa il mio computer si è spento mentre stavo esportando un filmato su imovie. Poi per un giorno e mezzo si accendeva la tastiera, lo schermo diventava blu ma non si avviava. Ho dato il computer ad un mio amico che me lo ha pulito dicendo che il computer era pieno di polvere, era sporco fisicamente, nel frattempo ho usato un computer di un altro amico. Ora che mi ritrovo ad usare il mio computer, ecco funziona perfettamente se vado su internet, se scrivo etc... sono riuscita a montare dei piccoli video, ma comunque si spegne. Oppure se mentre uso imovie apro photoshop allora si spegne il computer, come se non sopportasse le due app. Allora ho disinstallato imovie e installato di nuovo, ma nulla. Il tuo amico se non ha fatto un buon lavoro potrebbe non aver risolto niente, e con buon lavoro intendo: - Staccare batteria - Staccare ventola - Smontare ventola - Pulire ventola - Smontare pipe di rame con radiatore - Pulire il rame dalla vecchia pasta termica e compressore sul radiatore per togliere la polvere - Pulire la vecchia pasta termica dalla CPU - Rimontare tutto Dopo un paio di anni la polvere che si annida tra le lamelle del radiatore è peggio di un tappo, l'aria non passa e la pipe di rame non si raffredda. Mi hanno cambiato tutta la scheda madre (in garanzia) perché la era la GPU ad aver problemi. In pratica si era dissaldata. Ma all'inizio solo spegnimenti random (uno al mese circa) Dopo sempre più frequentemente, fino a quando non l'ho portato in assistenza. bros720 Inviato 1 Giugno 2020 Segnala Condividi Inviato 1 Giugno 2020 C’è un “GPU panic” e con quei sintomi, come dice Laura Yuan, ci sono grosse probabilità che sia un problema alla scheda grafica “discreta, nel tuo caso la NVIDIA. E’ un problema che ha afflitto già i vecchi 2010 e 2011, sia 15” che più raramente i 17”, ma anche i 15” a seguire hanno sofferto in qualche caso di questo problema Getta nella spazzatura quell’antivirus AVG non serve a nulla se non a incasinarti. Occhio anche a ARMDC Agent Installer che hai installato il 14 maggio (insieme anche com.adobe.ARMDC.Communicator.plist e com.adobe.ARMDC.SMJobBlessHelper.plist). Dovrebbero essere elementi di Adobe, ma controlla con Malwarebytes (gratis) e vedi se te li legge come malware. A volte sono quasi delle copie di quelli veri… Domanda: Acrobat è originale? Controlla con monitoraggio Attività se c’è qualcosa che usa la CPU in modo esagerato.
