il mio HD esterno da 2tb ora ha solamente 3giga

Ciao, come da titolo vorrei sapere perché il mio HD esterno da 2tb, anche se lo inizializzo alla fine del processo la sua capacità è di 3 giga.

Ho prato parecchi test ma non ho riscontrato errori, ho usato anche drivedx e mi ha detto che è tutto ok.

Messo come codice si legge meglio.

Apri Terminale e copia/incolla questo comando, con l'hd collegato e premi invio. (riporta il risultato non come quote ma come Codice <>)

Inizializzalo con Utility Disco.

https://support.apple.com/it-it/guide/disk-utility/dskutl14079/mac

- Se desideri inizializzare un qualsiasi altro tipo di dispositivo di archiviazione: fai doppio clic su “Utility Disco” nella cartella /Applicazioni/Utility.
Scegli Vista > Mostra tutti i dispositivi.
Dalla barra laterale, seleziona il Dispositivo di archiviazione da inizializzare, quindi fai clic sul pulsante Inizializza .
Fai clic sul menu a comparsa Schema, quindi scegli “Mappa delle partizioni GUID”.
Fai clic sul menu a comparsa Formato, quindi scegli un formato di file system.
Inserisci un nome.

N.B. Devi selezionare il Disco non un volume interno al disco. Non Macintosh Hd ma il dispositivo "Toshiba MQ04....".
